Easy Home Brewing - Brewer's Best American Cream Ale

http://craigfarraway.com Lkcheat sent me this "Brewer's Best" beer kit a while ago. It's an extract kit with hops and both liquid and dry malt extract. We brewed it up in less than 2 hours. Tasting at the end of the video.

hey craig! love the vids man.i live near a local supplier of all the ld carlson(brewers best) supplies.bought the irish stout kit.loved making it.steeping grains extracts.lots of fun. cost about 40 OTD. check out Leeners.com they sell the kits online.not sure about shipping $. thanks for the info on brewing mang.

My local home brew store has Brewers Best kits. I have tried the Summer Ale- good, Octoberfest- awesome, Pumpkin Ale- good, Weizenbier- good, and I have a Holiday Ale in my secondary. I think they are decent kits easy to follow and make, but I started to buy the liquid yeast over the included dry yeast and I've been getting better flavors. Cheers!

Thanks again Criag! I did an American Crwam Ale while we were in Texas last year and as they say I used the Texas Water. While is suppose to impart a great tatse. Yeah it did. Great video. My beer which was devised by San Antonio Home brew on Saint Marys Bvrd was great. I have not had a bad beer that Todd has on the kit list ! I wish he had internet but he is a really laid back guy! Again, your video was my puch to go for this style !
