65mm film stock 70mm counts for the last 5mm for soundtrack and the best version for 2001 sound is the early R1 where all the original dialogue panning is INTACT the bluray is rip from that fucking dreadful 2001 DVD release, SIGH I could have fucking snapped disc in half! Whoa luck me I still have the laserdisc then I brought the R1 after the bluray because the bluray is SHIT!
2001 was 6track magnetic five-screen fronts and mono surrounds

So when you watched Chaplin in silent...in your opinion would you say the acting back then was harder or easier? watching silent films is kinda cool in it's own unique way :)

@Ggould1975 well chaplins acting is very over the top, so I wouldnt use him as an example. But, I honestly cant answer that question....Ive seem some damn fine acting in movies with sound.
