You're extremely confused.

If you went into 'powerlifting' you wouldn't be cleaning anything, since the clean is an 'Olympic' lift. I don't believe you. I looked you up and asked around at your high school and apparently you're confusing the deadlift with the clean.

videos will back up your ranting, not ignorance alone. btw - don't talk about something that you're absolutely clueless on. even strong, knowledgeable powerlifters are humbled by the athleticism of olympic weightlifting. next time, learn to do some simple math first and then post an educated response.

you're an absolute joke. powerlifting isn't as functional of a sport as olympic weightlifting. i don't believe that you would have the flexibility, speed, or strength to get underneath a 271 lb snatch. put up some videos big shot, so we can see just how "masterful" your cleans really are.

how much is 145kg? b/c in high school i did 315 lbs and to me that looked like that was....from the color of the weights a 45, 35, and a 25 on each side counter the bar at 45, makes 255 lbs. if so, im not impressed with a grown man only doing that much. i did that when i was a sophomore at 15.

a kilo is 2.2. thats 320 pounds. i am 2003 world masters weightlifting champion, and former world recordholder in the 45-49 age group. there is only one man in the world my age that has ever lifted more than me. do you think you'll clean and jerk 364 pounds, after snatching 271 pounds, in a competiton, weighing 228, when you are 47? cleaning from the hang is significantly harder, and is used as a training lift. how about posting a pic of your lifts? -g
