You can see this is a Greek Church, In Southern European countries like Italy and Greece, clapping is a common sign of respect to the deceased.

Why were some people clapping at 0: 40? It doesn't seem like it was directed specifically at the coffin or it would of continued through.

No words will ever pay sufficient tribute to the men and women of the Canadian Forces who risk their lives every day. Canadians are entitled to feel very proud of their soldiers. I certainly am.
