This is my opinion:

Up All Night: Is TOO AVA, and i disagree with that, thought it is not necessarily a bad song.

Hearts All Gone: Seems to me they almost felt obligated to write a fast punk song, and it doesnt seems natural for me. Still cool song.

After Midnight and GOTDF are example of a natural progression after 2003 selftitled record, songs I expected from the new blink,.

I only wish the other songs on the record are more like the two last ones and i'll be the happiest man on earth.
