Logan Utah Chopped Down My Trees

Our tree's were cut down without notice or permission. Two great trees that could have been pruned were cut down without asking, horrible.

You should check and see if that is even part of your property, I couldn't tell from the video if there was a side walk or not, but Logan City owns anything between the sidewalk and the road.

We didn't have them cut down a tree but they put a curb over a drive way without notice.

My Hell...you dont own the 8 feet in from the side of the road. Someone acts like you know a lot should know that. Go to the County and pull your subdivision/plot plan and you will see. My property has a utility right of way of 8 feet all around my house. SUCKS FOR YOU!!! Plant new trees 8-10 feet in from the curb then they will have to ask you for permission.

i am just wondering if you checked into the city owned "setback" from the video it does look as if the trees were on city owned property and it would be more "cost effective" for the city to remove the trees then to annually trim to avoid the power lines

I hope my town doesn't do that to my 50 foot pin oaks! They wouldn't cut them down though because they are 25 feet away and my town doesn't even do things like that.
