National Public Radio's Melissa Block has been reporting from the quake zone all week.
One of her reports is paraphrased here:
The baby was found in the wreckage of a building. The mother was found kneeling above her child in protection.
She did not survive. But she saved her baby.
A cell phone was tucked into the baby's blanket. A text left on the phone said, "My dear, if you can survive, please remember Mom loves you."

Oh!I am crying everyday for the 50000 deaths and the 250000 injured and the 4500000 homeless and changing toll quickly...I am trying to rescue and help more here everyday despite of danger and death!
