this is an old video. they have been doing this for a few years. the news of this was probably the inspiration for the movie 'splice'.
Anyway, Since its legal in the UK, you can only imagine what they are doing in china. I bet they allow the cells to form full tissue. The next step would be to impregnate a human or cow with the cells. Im sure the fetus would die well before giving birth. they have enough problems with non-engineered clones.
