The Law Society of Kenya chairman Okongo Omogeni may be walking alone on the matter of Ringeras reappointment. The Law Society of Kenya which he chairs is emphatic Kibaki broke the law and the action is therefore null and void. Omogeni who also chairs the KACC advisory board has been sending mixed signals and has even stated that the reappointments could be allowed to stand.
