Overbrook real estate is up around 15% while most Americans home values are down. I have watched many neighborhoods transform for the better in Philadelphia, when Overbrook sees a Renaissance, and YES, it will, the homes will skyrocket in value. This neighborhood isn't as bad as it was right after the last transition. The average row here gets 125K and rising. Well worth looking if not familiar with this area. The house show includes some prominent Phila. Political neighbors too .......

Overbrook used to be a nice town, prior to 1993.
