This video, taken in 1992, shows the madness that ensued on Valley Mills Drive in Waco, TX during the Waco Mini Nationals that came to town each summer. At night, the MOPARS would take over Waco Dodge and a free-for-all burn out contest happened on the street. Dangerous? You bet! Fun? Absolutely. Shut down by the police? Yeah, that too. It was how I misspent part of my youth with the HOT MOPAR club. Submitter was driving that blue 1979 Cordoba.
Shot on Hi-8 and edited tape-to-tape on U-Matic. I found this VHS copy during a move. It is almost in good shape.

@atfatw I would imagine that if you went back a hundred years in time no matter what town or village you lived in you would be able to find some sort of monsterous act committed by the locals. Why would anyone bring up an incident that happened that long ago ? Why would anyone call Waco an abomination ? First, the 17 year old was not retarded, ,Those were lynch mob days and could just as well happened in your town. Liberal Democrat ?
