It was a smelly day for my sister when I ate cold chili for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and a think I had a snack time of chili too.  It was a very memorable day of fun, stinking up the house.

All what you do is push the air in your mouth, it's nothing like swallowing or breathing. I just thought of this, you know when you are sick and want to throw up and want to throw up. With out using your fingers you are able to push air down there into your stomach and get the food to come out. It's that same action with an empty stomach.

Or when you eat a bunch of food that causes a lot of gas and you burp like every 5 minutes or so, you feel it wanting to come out of your mouth, then you push a little bit of air down to release the pressure to burp.

When I do really big burps I let it out when I want the pain to stop, it's very discomforting to hold air in the stomach. I haven't measured the air that goes inside of me. I'll practice some more to get my stomach stretched out, I've kind of been rushing myself with the early burping videos.  I really wonder if I'm doing any internal damage, I don't think so, but at least I gave it a thought.

i haven't ever been able to and whenever i drink alcohol i get a really full, expanded stomach and its damn annoying and quite embaressing. especially after only 2 ciders :(
