My Grandmothers name is Marguerite Moore. I couldnt begin to be able to put to words how much I love her. She passed while I was in Prison. She sang me the whinny the pooh song. The people you leave behind from stupid mistakes make for a sorrow life. I think I messed up time I could of spent seeing her. My Sister has her name. I have two sisters. But, Marguerite protects me from alot. So does my Mom. I am not going to mess this up. I hate living in regret.

My mama and my grandma always said this song should be sung with happy voices, because it is a joyous song. Alisson and Gillian do this very well. :) According to my mama, this song needs a big smile to go along with it. :D

This song makes me think of my 89-year old grandmother, who had vivid memories of growing up on a farm in the Great Depression...a lot of happy memories, actually, and so interesting, of a different time...and now she is in a nursing home and incapacitated. So when I'm there holding her hand, "I'll Fly Away" comes into my mind, because I imagine that's exactly what she wants to do.
