  • Kiitos Sibelius Playlist. He is one of the greatest composers ever. His music will be played as long as there is life on this miserable planet. So he drank: he live to 92 and with a wife he adored. Be sure to visit his home Ainola. Such beautiful surroundings, including his smoke sauna! He was instrumental in raising the Finnish nationalistic cause before they achieved their independance in 1917. Terv. Joukahainen

  • Sibelius zenéje elvarázsol.......IR

  • @lunhil12 There are more tableaux in the complete Karelia incidental music, and I think you can find a/your prince there. There exists afaik just one recording of the complete score by Lahti SO / Vänskä. Composer Kalevi Aho is credited for restoring the missing bits in the manuscript.

  • Why does youtube recommend 'hitler\s imperial march' for this video?

  • thanks for this one!!!

  • I love this piece. I read somewhere that it was for a tableau-tribute to a Karelian prince.
