I'm sorry but this review was absolutely terrible. I don't even have the phone and I can point out things you are mistaken about (app adding and game problem). You really didn't show or tell me anythinh I wanted know and haven't.

This phone is garbage. Ive played with it and it want very fast and even scrolling through the app drawer presented some lag. Garbage. Go ahead and wait for the nexus prime. The qhd screen on this is very pixilated and washed out.

I don't know, other than maybe browser speed, I'm not real impressed by this phone. That game issue has nothing to do with the phone. It's the developers fault. Happens often with apps when a new phone is released. Nothing a quick email to let the developer know couldn't fix, thus most likely resulting in an eventual update of the app.
