This flight simulator version shows the heroic act of Capt. Sullenberger and his crew took under adverse conditions and the miraculous rescue of all passengers of US Airways Flight 1549 on January 15, 2009. These events are only factual until the final NTSB report is completed.
This video was made before the CBS '60 Minutes' interview by Katie Couric was aired.

  • isn't US Airways's call sign "Cactus?"

  • @747400FlyingPilot yes it is Cactus. However, at the time I made this video, the author of the model was still using US Air old call sign, which later changed to Cactus after the merger with America West
