  • Hell im a vegan, is there any difference in cooking with tofu instead of paneer?

  • @pricofilipinaamerica

you can use firm tofu for any dishes substituing paneer but not for making dessert.

  • You dont like to use onions to make this gravy? Why not?

  • @ArgoSG

    Personal preference

  • Namaste!

As my father was dying of cancer, this was one of his favorite meals and the last real meal his body could handle. I have such painfully beautiful memories of spooning out each mouth full, one for him one for me.....and it was such a blessing that in such pain he could enjoy good food and share it with me as a memory I will treasure as long as I live.

Thank you for reminding me of it and teaching me how to make it myself....I will make it to honor his memory and your skill.
