My name is Mary and I live in California. I have learned to cook Indian Food thanks to your good teachings. A while back I made the Nanas and my family loved them. So today I made for them Mattar Panner one of my favorite dished. I came out so so delicious, Im waiting for my husband to get home so we can have dinner. As my father was dying of cancer, this was one of his favorite meals and the last real meal his body could handle. I have such painfully beautiful memories of spooning out each mouth full, one for him one for me.....and it was such a blessing that in such pain he could enjoy good food and share it with me as a memory I will treasure as long as I live.
Thank you for reminding me of it and teaching me how to make it myself....I will make it to honor his memory and your skill.

Hell im a vegan, is there any difference in cooking with tofu instead of paneer?

you can use firm tofu for any dishes substituing paneer but not for making dessert.

Which Paneer have you used Manjula ji? Looks good. The brand I buy breaks into pieces.
