One thing I didn't like about this review is that Matthew doesn't realize 'stock' war characters, moments etc is actually a authentic to experiences that infantrymen go through. There are always men dragged back into service from retirement, young kids who are killed, the soldier who wrote a letter to his wife. Things like this actually happen in combat and we see it in films again and again because it is true to reality. This film of 'nothing' actually pleased a lot of people.

@BlackMisterio That's ridiculous, there is never any moment in the film where it is unclear what is going on, there are flaws with it, but what you describe isn't one of them.

I started watching it in starz but it got boring and I stopped watching it, I couldn't understand what was happening, and I thought it was because I was not able to concentrate but now I realize that it was the movie itself.
