Cetatea Colt

Cetatea Colt a fost construita de la începutul sec. al XIV-lea, când a fost ctitorita de cneazul Candea. Cetatea se afla pe teritoriul satului Suseni, Hunedoara. Constructia a avut rol in aparare fiind cea mai puternica cetate cneziala din Transilvania.
Datorita aspectului cetatii si toponimiei locurilor, se presupune ca acesta ar fi sursa de inspiratie a romanului "Castelul din Carpati" de Jules Verne.

Colt City was built of the early century. the fourteenth century, when it was founded by Prince Candea.
The fortress is located within the village Suseni, Hunedoara. Construction played a role in defense is the strongest fortress in Transylvania.
Due to the city appearance and toponymy of places, it is assumed that this would be the inspiration of the novel "The Castle in the Carpathians" by Jules Verne.
