  • why caster sugar? looks messy

  • this looks awful, was it burnt and then the edge cut off it?

  • To me sponge cake ingredients should always be in ounces, then it's the simple 4 ounces of flour, sugar and butter, and half for the eggs (2). 4442. Or 2221 if you want to halve it.

    And they are very specific with what eggs you're allowed to use lol

  • Should be good as it's from waitrose I ld like to try it out but I'll half the recipe

  • You should never wash raspberries it makes them soggy.The Eggs should be weighed and the same amount of sugar butter and flour should be used.

  • There is no cream in a Victoria sponge she should read the WI code!
