Congo Jazz is a Looney Tunes cartoon starring Warner Bros.' first cartoon star, Bosko. The cartoon was released on September of 1930.

The "Castle" intro and closing shown here is what we saw in the 50s when the LTs
were first put on TV. It wasn't until VHS and YT that I saw the original title cards (including the "shield" openings and the "Porky-in-drum" closings.

Don't know whether Lyman's band included a bassoon. I know they didn't have a giraffe.

Best part is the last minute or so. Sounds like they had some musicians from Abe Lyman's band for that last part.
