I would suggest you read Lindzen yourself. Lindzen would emphatically agree that adding co2 to the atmosphere will create warming, just like any other knowledgeable scientist. His only argument is about how much warming, and he is not taken seriously by the science community.

Amyhuk the hockey stick graph was not "created". It is a plot of atmospheric carbon content over time, going back 160,000 years. The sharp turn it makes coincides with the dawn of the industrial age when we began to burn coal and from there it tracks precisely with our consumption of fossil fuels.

The 50s is nothing. In the 19th Century Austrian scientists were predicting global warming from the combustion of the sequestered carbon cause by the industrial revolution.

It was just a year later, that Charles Keeling devised the technology for the accurate measurement of carbon dioxide. This data, taken In Hawaii, and every year since that it has been an unshakeable data base for Climate Change geo-history. It was G W Bush who gave Keeling the medal of freedom....which indicates just how far the USA has back slid, with the rise of the radical right.
