Gameplay: Controls may take some getting used to and manipulating to find the best custom layout. C+
Replay Value: No multiplayer hurts. Completing the different game modes with different fighters and trying to master moves will take some time. B+

You forgot to mention that this lacks mission mode. The original Dreamcast and Xbox Live versions both have it, along with multplayer.

You have to pay $12 for this despite unorthodox(shitty) controls and significant game modes missing.

Anyone that has a Xbox 360, is better off spending $9.99 for that version.

If you want to play a gimped game simply because its portable, thats your choice. I'm more of a traditional hardcore gamer (particularly Fighters), so playing this type of game without proper controls and competitive play(multi-player) doesn't interest me.

However, I can see someone that is purely a casual gamer not minding the flaws, especially if they don't have a choice.

My suggestion was mostly for anyone that wanted to re-experience this great game fully featured and get more for their $.
