    Is it the posture which lied?

    Is it the posture which sat down on a chair?

    Incidentally the posture which I lowered in the ground was the most difficult.

  • Throwing shuriken from an incline position must be very difficult because one cannot use the legs to generate extra power. All the strength comes from the abdominal core. I haven't tried throwing shuriken from an incline position yet, so I'll have to try it soon.
