'China cash patch too little, too late to stop Euro downward spiral'

China says it will help struggling European economies combat their debt crisis. The offer came at an economic forum in Beijing. The EU is China's largest economic partner, but co-operation has been challenged by Europe's ailing financial health. Economist Marco Pietropoli says Beijing's support is not a permanent remedy for the bloc.
