プロメテウスとはpro（先に・前に）＋metheus（考える者）で、「先見の明持つ者・熟慮する者」という意味です。また歌詞中にある「全能の独裁者」はおそらくゼウ­スのことでプロメテウスは人間を創造するために火を盗んだ事によりゼウスに処刑されます。歌詞にあるように火や炎という言葉が多いのはそこから来ていると思われます。

the song's about greek titan god of forethought Prometheus. strangely enough, this japaneze song described him as a hero who stood up for his beliefes, and fought Zues to change the world with his gift of fire. wich is alot different from the actual story, but in my opinion is alot better.
