How to shutdown pc everytime it starts

i give a tutorial on how to make a computer shutdown every time its started.
this can be quite annoying to people pranked by this. Note that i have only tried this on Windows Xp, and so different operating systems may or may not have different commands for shutdown and startup apps.

Do this at your own risk and ENJOY!!!

P.S. if you're after doing it on your pc and you can't get rid of it, quickly go to start and then run. a popup box should appear. type shutdown -a. -a aborts the process of shutting down. then you are free to delete the shutdown file from the startup folder

How do you make it stop if you've put it on your own Cpu? does starting up "Run " and then typing shutdown -a abort it and then gives you time to delete it out of your start-up folder to make it stop??
