@JaneiciaE86 You can wrap it in foil if you like, but you will need to fold the foil pockets properly to ensure you do not have leakage around the edges!!!!! Back home thy use banana leaves as well. If you happen to have loads of empty cans you can use them. I used a small cookie tin once and it was perfect so take your pick and have fun:-)

trick/tip - add a little evaporated milk to the bean mixture. gives a richer taste.
prefer corn beef, instead of fish and dried shrimp in moi moi.
