@carnienatas < No, like I said, there are laws that protect and differentiate civilian vs public servant. It's not "semantics" it's fact. The cop didn't "choose" to pursue it was his job and that's the difference. We as taxpayers and law abiders have set aside a select group of people entitled by OUR OWN DECREE to remove law breakers from society and deliver then to court. We created laws to protect that group in the event law breaker runs or resists his delivery to court.
