"Das ständige im Rampenlicht-Stehen ist sehr belastend. Gerade von Michael Jackson wurde Übermenschliches erwartet", sagte die Präsidentin des Berufsverband Österreichischer Psychologen, Konrad. "Bei Michael Jackson war die Problematik noch einmal deutlich überhöht", so Konrad.

Bereits als Kind sei er auf die Bühne und im Rampenlicht gestanden, wodurch der Amerikaner wichtige Entwicklungsschritte nicht richtig meistern konnte. "Hinzu kommt eine Vaterproblematik", erklärte die Psychologin.


Körper macht irgendwann nicht mehr mit
Dass der Tod in der Vorbereitung zu seiner Comeback-Tour eingetreten ist, ist für Psychotherapeutin zwar "sehr tragisch", aber nicht unbedingt überraschend: "Wenn man jahrelang Beruhigungsmittel nimmt, macht der Körper irgendwann nicht mehr mit".

Zusätzlich habe Jackson aufgrund des "großen Hypes" wohl unter einem übermenschlichen Druck gestanden.

many ppl do not realize the truth about MJ. i dont blame them. i never appreciated him and hate myslef 4 it cuz now i do after he died. once u research on his skin cancer and evrything else u begin 2 realize hes not so bad. then wen i saw his videos he earned all my respect. i think haters shud take the time to give michael jackson a chance. long live the legend of the King of Pop

MJ was a legend-had tickets for the O2 concert, such a shame I never got to see the king of pop live. Michael always seemed like a genuine, kind person-the world is lesser for having lost him. As for those who still say he was a child molestor-he was found NOT GUILTY-imagine how many people would make up stories for money/attention. If there was any truth in those accusations, dont you think the police would have loved to nail him if they could?
