They sell tons of mousepads like that at a comic shop in the Central Business District of my city. I go there all the time to get my manga and I even got a Code Geass wallet there for $5 even though they were marked as $15.

For any anime fans in Brisbane, if you haven't already, I'd strongly recommend checking out Daily Planet in the city.
