You have more than just a health bar you have an armor bar that pretty much doubles your health. And you can choose bewteen 2 difficulties at the beggining

evry 1 ddont buy this peice of shit ur gonna get so angry at it me and my brother hav had over 1000000000000000 goes at this game trying 2 beat the first lvl but no their is no life system jst a health bar and 1 mor thing their is no way to change settings 2 make it easier this game sux they didnt put enough efort into it

i prefer this over contra, theres just so much more to this
the elvels are more varied, faster pace, more action filled.

WTF this parts are from super contra from snes
the parte near the giant flying ship where u shot the flying enemies and the part where are climbing and in top a ship is sending u a lot of bombs
