Hmm, weird how people think milk is making girls mature earlier. Its not really the milk, its a high body fat %. Its not a shocker that the girls who mature early are almost always fat or obese. I drank tons of milk as a kid but I had a low body fat percentage so I was almost 15 when I finally got my period. Fat stored in the body starts to release hormones which causes early menarche. The fat girls in my school drank soda, not milk.

It's not the milk, it's the hormones, antibiotics and pasteurization and the fact that the milk comes from sick cows that are ill-treated. You have to pasteurize that stuff : it contains dung, blood and pus. Homogenization alters milk molecules, leads to problems.
But clean, organic, raw milk is a totally different story.
Unpasteurized milk also contains the lactase you need to break down lactose, plus other enzymes so you can absorb the minerals properly.

Im with doc on most his vids but I dont believe that milk contains enough growth hormone to not only barely be detected but do any damage to an animal let alone a human. I eat celery, do you know celery has more androstein in it then ANY other food. This is sold as an anabolic steroid! This guys making a buck off fear tactics the same way many others are on here are about the nwo "caugh alex jones caugh"

Our European ancestors have been drinking milk for centuries. They used to drink deer, milk, and goat milk. The only problem today is all the hormones they give to cows. It is legal at this time to genetically engineer foods and that is not mentioned. Monsanto wants to patent pig genes so they can charge a patent fee to anyone raising, selling or eating hogs. They want to do the same with seeds so it will be illegal to plant a garden in your back yard. Wake up people. Corporations are evil.
