She may not be beautiful, but let's face it, she's probably got more substance mentally and emotionally than 95 % of the women that throw themselves at him. Besides, they've been together 45 years, so she must be doing something right. Good on you girl!

I've always wondered what Rima thinks of teens and young adults crushing on her man? (me being one of those adults) and I wonder what Alan thinks about it. Has anyone ever bothered to ask them? If I ever meet Alan I'm definitely asking him that question. Though there is a slim to none chance that I ever will meet that wonderful wonderful man.

All you bitchy fans who think that Rima isn't " pretty" you are sadly mistaken. Sorry if she isn't the supermodel you wanted, or if in your opinion she is fat, TAKE A DAMNED HIKE. Alan must have serious taste because he chose a woman with brains, beauty, MEAT ON HER BONES, and some personality. If you honestly loved Alan Rickman you wouldn't be sitting here judging his woman on how she looks. She probably has more brain mass and personality than you.

@spalvociuks Horton was born in Bayswater, London, UK.
Rickman was born in South Hammersmith, London. Rickman's mother was from Wales and his father was of Irish background.
