This patient had a TE ultrasound and a sinus of valsalva aneurysm was detected. Patient had surgery at Stanford for a sinus of valsalva aneurysm. Only to find that he didn't have an aneurysm there. The patient was brought into the cath lab for further evaluation. An angiogram at the aortic root failed to find any abnormality. Cardiologist also did a LV gram with negative results.
