@rutgersemp01 Yeah I thought about "reliable redstone clock" since normal clock circuits stop when you log on and back off.
So I thought about a button press to initiate a clearing pulse and reinitiate it with a delay and many other things when I came up with this
Minecarts keep their momentum no matter how many times you log off
They should cause a lil big lag on servers tho

There is actually a very very very simple way to generate a "redstone clock" which always works 100% of the time:
A short circular track with a powered rail and a detector rail

@TheStrayCross That's pretty nifty now that you mention it.. I don't think detector rail and such existed when I made this though (but I could be wrong)

EDIT: Actually, sometimes it doesn't re-activate automatically on login.

@Milennin That may have to do something with a recent update, I heard something about redstone loading differently but I'd have to look it up
