45° Hyperextensions w/ chain. Due to the loading nature of the chain, further emphasis is placed on the upper back and spinal erectors, forcing one to keep extra attention on proper posture of the thoracic spine and still end the movement with a strong contraction of the glutes. Performed by Billy Oxendine.
