The only reason htye got sued was because the woman whose voice is sampled did not like the words of the song... they filed a 4 million dollar suit and stopped any air play of the song. I don't know how much they ended up getting but I know they killed a great song!

i like searching old videos like these cuz every one dat searches the videos knows who is who i bet if this song would of came out at this point in time 3/4 of the people listening to it wouldn't have known who Rakim is -____- i know cuz i seen it before all the young kids comments are man whos the grandpa or man the song would of been better if so and so wasn't in it cuz all they care about is who is hot now and dont care about doin their research of the pioneers of hip hop
