你怎么说 粮食危机 白米 短缺 Rice Shortage 1/6

粮食价格上涨广泛援引的主要5个因素有：一、石油和能源价格的快速上涨增加了化肥、机械操作、收割、粮食存储和运送的成本 。
　　二、中国和印度这类国家高度增长的经济致使粮食需求增加，同时改变饮食习惯，消费更多肉类也有关系。
　　三、与天气有关的因素，比如澳大利亚干旱导致了收成欠佳。
　　四、从粮食作物种植转移到生物燃料作物种植，不仅减少了粮食供应，而且导致市场投机，价格上涨。
　　五、最近几年世界农业投资的减少，导致了不断增长的需求超越生产。

国内白米价格涨升造成民怨载天，国家稻米公司（Bernas）垄断白米进口权成了众矢之的，民间促请政府正视开放白米入口市
(Rice shortage: Bernas should not blame others)，就连涨价也未事前知会政府。但仔细想想，身为政府企业化设立的机构，解铃环须系铃人，偏偏合约却到2011年才结束，这场垄断会否真的会被解开？
 
私自涨价东窗事发时，国家稻米有限公司发表文告表示，对报章的报道深感遗憾；但报章本来就应该扮演问题发现者的角色，有什么好遗憾的呢？
 
媒体监督国家发展、杜绝舞弊事件、报道事实、真相的解剖、深入的探讨都是媒体的责任。社会利益受损，媒体发现问题并据实报道，值得鼓舞；然而在很多真相有待解剖的事件中，­媒体却失去了立锥之地，系铃人不肯解开，枷锁恐怕也不可能自己消失。
 
由于潜移默化，国人的幽默感并非一朝一夕培养出来；当政府宣布立即取消白米涨价，国人可以高高兴兴欢庆国庆，白米跌价喊了五十年今年终于还算跌了！除了笑一笑、改变自己的­心态之外，国人对社会课题似乎已觉无能为力了，能做的是笑着削足适履罢了。

大馬政府就斬釘鐵截採取應對行動，準備耗資40億令吉，在砂拉越州鑑定一塊土地和開發稻田.

專家：應對白米短缺‧"每餐吃半碗飯就好"

the plastics manufacturer la...why? u know how much for the the block for these "beras nasional"? almost RM350/pc. 2 col in front & 2 col at back.now they don't have rice to pack wor...who gonna pay this lost?? plastic manufaturer la...now on..rice mills want to throw their goods wor...because they have "beras wangi" from thailand which in the cheapest price...but they don't want the " beras nasional " any more..who gonna bare the plastics tubings which has already extruded? i tell u......

rice shortage? go to hell! malaysia got lots of rice to cover this market all the time.only government wants all the rice mills die.what is subcidy agreement for 6 month for the selling price in rm1.35/kg & government will pay rm0.80/kg? nobody in malaysia's rice dealers get these kind of contract?they don't want to sell at all. and now on...the government asked bernas to sell " import rice from thailand " to rice dealers,price cheaper than 5%,10% nor 15%...who were the victims??? i tell u who..
