George Runner is a right-wing extremist,who's own district contains a large state prison (Lancaster California)and has some of the worst (and most seriously underfunded) public schools in the United States. No wonder he wants to see more money end-up in "the prisons."With all of the crappily-funded Antelope Valley schools "out there,"it's a sure bet that more & more of his constiuents,will end-up in his "home-town jail!!"
