im tellin you knwo mate this isthe best video guide i probs ever seen.. everything is explain in detail as well as in fun way which kidna makes you remmeber stuf. I am jsut begining raider and was wondering so do dps and healers move side to side to platform so they could reach the bird / heal tanks ?

Absolutely, they need to stay with Al'ar in order to be in range to DPS and to heal the current tank. It's possible to stand between platforms 1 and 2 and be able to reach Al'ar and both tanks during the switch. Then when Al'ar goes to 3, you can then run between 3 and 4 and reach both. It's a minimal help, but allows casters to reduce the amount of running and is more beneficial to healers than DPS'ers.

Also, it's a good idea to have one healer dedicated to stay one platform ahead of Al'ar, ready to spam heals on the next tank in line. It's just a precaution. Also, some guilds prefer to also throw a dedicated healer on platform 1, since that is where Al'ar will spend most of his time. However, that healer will spend most of his time just standing around.
