I use both telescopes and microscopes. And my honest opinion is that it is a piece of contamination inside of the telescope. The material looks inorganic, so i suspect that some small shread of plastic that was origially packaging the components of the telescope itself, remained statically attached to a piece of the scope and ended up being sealed inside. But I don't really "know".

That's a detached debris of space craft which it's mission is failed (that's my portray to it.) since its appendage is precisely aligned, seems cut.

Anomaly in the processing somehow, as it looks to be overlayed over a few stars too. I have found multiple such Google sky anomalies as have many others obviously documenting their findings here. A few are definitely ambiguous looking, but I admit now that many I originally found to be awe inspiring were simply pixel errors or technical glitches of some kind or another. Look on the surface of Mars for example... there appear to be what looks like 100mi long perfectly straight trenches.
