This scene contains the best music in the opera. Well sung, but you have to hear Simionato and Tebaldi to experience something on an altogether higher plain.

la voz de la frittoli es increible, su tecnica,... jamas descoloca, pero eso hace q su color sea plano en toda la escena, la contralto es extraordinaria, me sigo quedando con la version de la scotto

the mezzo's voice is impressively big but the soprano's performance is stunning, great contrast of the two voice.

Blythe has a great sound, but seems to go flat a few times.

I've never seen this opera, but I think I might need to, the emotion is soooo powerful and what a voice from Stephanie Blythe

Blythes' voice is huge, full of nuances. And the timbre is reminiscent of Horne.
