Welcome to Part I of my interview with Former Chief of Police, Warren Riley in New Orleans. The purpose of my documentary series 'Glass House' is to create Global Awareness in the saving of lives pre & post Catastrophe. We must have the information to rebuild the people. We must instill hope and a feeling of safety for the surviving generation and the children of the next generation.

My interview with the former Chief of Police took place March 2010 prior to his retirement after 30 years of service in May 2010. Warren Riley was appointed Chief of Police within several days of Hurricane Katrina's devastation and remained so just shy of the five year anniversary. He graciously granted me his last interview.

In the wake of numerous catastrophic events around the globe we must understand how to develop new coping strategies, emotional awareness and understand the enormous impact of Catastrophic Stress.
