Speeding Ticket Taser Full UNCUT VERSION Part 3 John Gardner The officer's conduct has been called into question after a videotape of the incident was posted on YouTube.
The video, taken from a Utah Highway Patrol dashboard camera, shows Trooper John Gardner using a Taser on Jared Massey during a traffic stop on State Road 40 in Uintah County on Sept. 14.2007 In the nearly 10-minute video, Gardner is seen pulling Massey over for speeding. When Massey refuses to sign the citation, Gardner asks him to exit the vehicle, and things quickly escalate as the motorist points toward the speed limit sign.UHP (Utah Highway Patrol) tasers man in front of pregnant wife and baby over an alleged speeding ticket. Outraged?

True you don't have to sign in Utah. If you don't another ticket can be issued and then you can be arrested. It's the officers call. The ticket is not stating that you are guilty, that you will appear. Best thing to do is sign it and take the matter to court. The suspect said he thought it was a real gun and he feared for life. He surly didn't show that in the video.

Interesting how the 1st cop lies to the second cop about when his taser was pulled out, and what led up to the incident. Watch the first video. It didn't happen the way he's saying it had.

Signing isn't required in Utah but they can arrest you if they're in a bad mood as this pig obviously was.

Two things: 1. In some states you can be arrested or 2. The officer just writes "Refused to sign" on the ticket and hands it to you anyway. It's pretty obvious Utah is a you can be arrested state.

this is not an uncut video this real video is 9 min long tell the whole story dont make it up with just parts of the video
