Clan Line steams through Bracknell station on 21st June 2008 with the Venice-Simplon Orient Express. The train is running from Victoria to Oxford.

The Venice-Simplon Orient Express is a private luxury train service which usually operates from London Victoria.

Bracknell is a town in the Bracknell Forest borough of the English county of Berkshire. It lies 11 miles to the south-east of Reading, 10 miles southwest of Windsor and 33 miles west of London.

  • I heard that 35028 had to refill at Wokingham because the police "sent them on" from Ascot because of Ascot week - is that true?

  • Yes it was raining. That's why I went on the covered bridge. Alas that requires the use of a telephoto lens which magnifies handshake! Perhaps I should have got my monotripod out.
