My mother, the most amazing woman I've known, went to be with the Lord on July 31, 2011. This video tribute was shown at her Memorial Service on August 5, 2011 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Although she is gone physically, she is still here with me spiritually and will live through me and my family daily. We will miss you Momma. I love you!

Reco, what a beautiful tribute to a beautiful woman. You're right. There is no way to prepare for the loss of a mom, but because she was a child of God, you can really look forward to the fact that you'll see her again. And the beauty of the next reunion between the two of you is that there will never, ever again be another separation. She did a wonderful job with her only son - and as long as you live, she will also live

Reco, I am very sorry to hear about your mother's passing. I know she was a very special person to have raised a son like yourself. She will continue to be with you forever and smile down on you and your family. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers! May God continue to bless you. The tribute was very beautiful.
