  • Whats up with all this fittnes shit....unless you really wanna use weight, sport is bad for the bones and the bllod-circulating system, as you are exceeding the bodys limits for a long time, and because of the increased flow through the arteries, more and more colesterine and other stuff is getting there...my uncle died at the age of 65 because of this...

  • @cajuncurlzz You may need more calcium!.. I have a similar issue, i've taken calcium supplements and i do some stretching before doing any workout (even just walking). You can do some slow lunges to stretch and the following : put legs together, bend a bit at knee, put both hands on top of knees and start doing little circles (try to keep the squat the entire time. You can do this for 30 seconds but i think it's best to stretch from 2 to 4 minutes before workout.

  • @wylwrk Put on headphones and don't worry about what other people think. You have to remember you're doing this for yourself, to become healthy, not for others to gawk.

  • ... what sucks is, only people that are in shape get away with doing this at the gym. I'd be to embarrassed with peeps around with the shape I'm in :(

  • Can anyone tell me why the heck my knees(outside of knees) hurt everday since I started walking on the treadmill? I bought new walking/running shoes because I realized my feet were going inward. But my knees still hurt 1 week and a half into my walking routine! I want to jump rope,but not sure if that will make my knees worse?
