some people having problem saving the game in batman arkham city it keeps askin for cd key when you create a profile.. just follow these steps and you can create an offline profile to save your game
1.Run the GAME
2.Press the Home button on your KEYBOARD
3.Then create new profile
4.Go down and select local profile
5.DONE

All the people who cannot save even after installing GFWL and pressing Home button (Above the end button). Go in your game directory and rename xlive.dll to xlive.dll.Old. this will solved your problem for sure.

you are a LIFE SAVER :D by the way please tell me how can i use the explosive gel..i have a laptop and the game hint tells to press the middle button of the mouse to detonate so i press the buttons on the touch pad of my laptop and it doesnt work properly..any clues

@SpeedDemon7167 you need to download "games for windows live". you can download it from microsoft or xbox website.once ur done, the given solution works perfect.
