This game assumes that ABM defenses actually function 100%..which is not correct. A more accurate game would have no option for stopping incoming warheads, but that game would be boring.

The game is mostly multiplayer, but I have no idea how the community is. It's a couple years old now so either there is still a cult for it, or it's dead. I'm betting on cult.
